The Minister of State for Local Development, Mr Gay Mitchell, has inaugurated a restoration plan for Mount Jerome Cemetery in Dublin, the burial place of Thomas Davis, Patrick Kavanagh, J.M. Synge, George Russell (AE) and George Petrie.
The planned restoration will include a heritage trail and will commemorate those buried in south Dublin's main cemetery in Harold's Cross.
