KIEV - The US Defence Secretary, Mr William Perry, arrived in Ukraine yesterday for talks embracing topics from nuclear arms to Bosnia with the defence ministers of Russia and the Ukraine.
Mr Perry was to begin two days of meetings with counterparts Mr Valery Shmarov, Ukraine, and Mr Pavel Grachev later yesterday on matters including joint military exercises and Ukraine's progress toward becoming a non nuclear state.
