Discount clothing chain Penneys is to create 60 jobs in Waterford in an expansion of its Irish operations.
The new Penneys store in Waterford, which opens next Monday, will create the new jobs in addition to the 60 jobs that already existed at the former Penneys store in the city.
An additional 70 temporary members of staff have also been recruited for the Christmas period.
The new 21,500-square-foot store is on Barronstrand Street in the city centre.
