PDs backing `sale of public sector'

The Labour candidate in Dublin North Central, Mr Derek McDowell, has called on the Progressive Democrats to list the State companies they will sell to fund their economic plans. He said the party manifesto left many public sector workers concerned about their future, as it advocated a "fire sale of the entire public sector".
