Jerusalem - Palestinians said yesterday that an Israeli army officer had threatened to bomb the West Bank office of Palestinian President Yasser Arafat and demanded that he be put on trial.
"The Israelis threatened to blow up the headquarters of President Arafat if the confrontations continued," said Palestinian negotiator Mr Saeb Erekat, referring to bloody Israeli-Palestinian clashes on Monday.
