Pakistani security forces killed up to 20 militants in the restive tribal area of North Waziristan during a clash early today.
The fighting took place at a village west of Miranshah, the main town in North Waziristan.
"The militants attacked at Tut Narai at around 1.15 am and after that there was an exchange of fire that lasted for around two hours, in which 15 to 20 miscreants were killed," a military official said.
