Pair remanded on drugs charge

Two Spanish residents have been further remanded in custody at Limerick City Court on charges of possessing cannabis on November 6th. They are Mr Johan Couwyzer (47), a Belgian national with an address in Benamadena, Spain, and Ms Cathalina Maria Smith (21), a British citizen, with an address at Currian, Malaga, Spain. She was further charged with the importation and supply of cannabis resin under the Misuse of Drugs Act. Both were remanded in custody until December 2nd.
