THE Minister for Justice, Mrs Owen, met her French counterpart yesterday to discuss progress in the investigation pinto the murder of Ms Sophie Toscan du Plantier. The Justice Minister, Mr Jacques Toubon is believed to be a personae friend of Ms du Plantier's husband, Daniel. The exchange took place at a meeting of EU Justice Ministers in the Netherlands and lasted less than half an hour.
