Mbogo, Rwanda - Rebels in Rwanda killed 102 people at Rushashi in rural Kigali region, the military commander for the area said yesterday. Colonel Fred Ibingira said a large group of youths had mounted the attack overnight on Friday on the village, located 60 km (36 miles) north of the capital Kigali.
Most of the victims were women and children.
