Eircell yesterday secured a High Court order preventing interference with the use of its mobile phone mast at Berkeley, near New Ross in Co Wexford. The company was also granted an injunction restraining interference with its access to and from the site.
The mast was erected early last year but has not yet come into operation following protests and various legal proceedings.
