MOSCOW - An explosion rocked a railway station in southern Russia yesterday, killing one person and injuring 12, an Emergencies Ministry spokesman said. The first floor blast had blown out all the windows of the station in Pyati-gorsk, 130 km north west of the breakaway Chechnya region from which radical separatists have vowed to attack targets in southern Russia.
