ALL has been revealed! The Clontarf building mysteriously swathed in fabric like a blue version of the Reichstag has just been unwrapped. Underneath? Verlings, a northside land mark for wine lovers for exactly 20 years, emerges bigger and better than ever.
As well as a chill room for beers and white wines, the remodelled premises run by Jim and Julie Verling houses a vastly increased range of wines, with new emphasis on fine Bordeaux and Burgundy and exciting additions from Chile, Australia and Argentina.
