San Rafael, Calif - A cigar-smoking former tailor believed to be the oldest man in the world has died at the age of 115.
Christian Mortensen, who emigrated to the United States in 1903, died in his sleep at the Aldersly Gardens Retirement Centre on Saturday. Mortensen, born in Skarrup, Denmark, in 1882, came to the US in 1903, and worked as a tailor, milkman and streetcar repair man.
