Old ministers for new

A special Oireachtas committee under Dick Roche met to discuss agricultural matters in Phoenix House on Thursday morning. A senior official and team from the Department made a grand presentation on the subject of a charter of rights for farmers. A literature pack was handed to the deputies and senators. When they opened it they found introductions on page 2 by the Minister for Agriculture and his junior. They were named as Ivan Yates and Jimmy Deenihan. Is the department refusing to recognise the outcome of the June 1997 election?
