DENVER - A prosecution witness in the Oklahoma City bombing trial testified yesterday that accused bombers Mr Timothy McVeigh and Mr Terry Nichols met twice in the crucial months before the 1995 blast that killed 168 people.

With the testimony of Mr Timothy Donahue, prosecutors apparently were trying to establish a time period in the autumn of 1994 in which they claimed steps were taken by the two defendants to plan the bombing.
