The jury in the murder trial of Joe O'Reilly is due to return to the Central Criminal Court on Monday after four days of legal argument in their absence.
Joe O'Reilly (35) of Lambay View, Baldarragh, The Naul, Co Dublin has pleaded not guilty to murdering his wife Rachel (30) at the home they shared with their two children on October 4th, 2004.
The trial is due to resume before Mr Justice Barry White and the jury of nine men and two women next week.
