SAO PAULO - A man who for months allegedly broke into stores at night to use their telephones for long sessions of dial in phone sex has been arrested after a six month surveillance. Brazilian police said they had been on the alert for Mr Jose Aparecido Barbosa for more than six months after shopkeepers complained they had received phone sex bills of up to $20,000 a month.
