Mr Patrick Hand of Drummond Etra, Carrickmacross, pleaded not guilty at Carrickmacross District Court yesterday to a charge under Section 18 of the Criminal Law Act of nude sunbathing in his back garden.
Judge Flann Brennan adjourned the case to March 11th to consider the law on the matter.
