A Meath man has pleaded not guilty at the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to the theft of tobacco products worth €314,916 and the false imprisonment of two men in Blanchardstown in 2007.

Frank Cunningham (62), from Enfield, has also pleaded not guilty to possession of a firearm or imitation firearm and unlawful use of a vehicle.

Det Garda Anthony Kennedy told Paul Carroll, prosecuting, that fingerprints, fibre samples and DNA from the scene were inconclusive.
