A woman shot dead in a laundrette in the North yesterday was named by police today as Marion Millican.
The victim (51) was shot at premises off Harbour Hill, just behind an apartment block in Portstewart, Co Derry, when a man walked in and opened fire.
Police sealed off the location, which is near the town's seafront promenade.
Detectives arrested a man in his 40s in the town of Kilrea 20 miles away, and he has been taken to Antrim police station for questioning.
