A school was at the centre of a bus crash for the second time in a fortnight in Northern Ireland today.

Pupils were on their way to St Ciaran's High School in Ballygawley, Co Tyrone, when their bus was in a collision involving a van and a Jeep at Favour Royal, Augher.

Sixteen children were on the bus at the time. The ambulance service said one child was taken to Craigavon Area Hospital with neck pains.

A pupil from the same school was killed in a bus crash less than a fortnight ago.

Nicola Murray (16) was in a bus that was hit by a lorry on the Dungannon-to-Ballygawley Road.
