A couple were forced to flee their Co Down home today after a suspected arson attack.
A fire broke out in the house in Kilkeel shortly before 3.30am.
The woman was taken to hospital where she was treated for smoke inhalation and later released.
A PSNI spokeswoman said the scene had been sealed off for examination.
