Nisbet is UCD student president

Mr John Nisbet was elected president of UCD Students' Union last night. Mr Nisbet received 3,541 votes, defeating his nearest rival, Mr Cormac Moore, by a margin of more than 2 to 1.The new education officer of the union is Mr Charlie McConalogue. The election for entertainments officer was won by Mr Scott Millar, while Mr John Moynes will become the union's next welfare officer.
