Work on major road projects should be done at weekends and at night to reduce disruption to traffic, the chairman of South Dublin Chamber of Commerce has said. Mr Pat MacGrath said that unless measures are taken the beginning of work on the Southern Cross Route in April could bring traffic in south Dublin to a standstill.
