It has been reported this morning that Nigerian student Kunle Eluhanla is facing imminent deportation after the Department of Justice refused permission for him to continue his studies in Ireland.
The student was deported to Lagos last year but allowed to return to sit his Leaving Cert and given a six-month extension.
It is understood he has been notified that he will be deported within a fortnight.
