PARIS - A cartoonist and two other employees of La Tribune newspaper in Algeria will appear before an Algiers court on July 29th charged with "offending the national flag", a journalists' group said yesterday. Earlier this month, Algerian authorities stopped the newspaper from publishing and closed its office.
