Outsourcing specialists Newcourt Group has acquired BSFM Facilities Management from the Bruce Shaw Group for €4.75 million.
The price comprises a cash payment of €4.5 million and €250,000 in new Newcourt shares.
BSFM is Newcourt's fourth acquisition in 2006 and extends the group's current service offering, which encompasses security and recruitment.
The BSFM management team has agreed to remain with the business.
In the year ended 31st December, 2005, BSFM had turnover of €13.7 million in 2005 and pretax profit of €290,305.
