LONDON - British doctors say they have perfected a new medical treatment that could offer hope to infertile men who want to father children.

Doctors at the Churchill Clinic and IVF centre in London say they have developed a technique, pioneered in Germany, which extracts sperm from a sample of tissue taken from the testes during a small biopsy.
