A further date has been set in an appeal by a Dublin man, Mr Brian Meehan, against his extradition from The Netherlands to face charges in relation to the murder of Veronica Guerin. A spokeswoman for the five-judge Dutch Supreme Court, which sat yesterday in The Hague, said May 26th had been set for the prosecution's submissions. The court is expected to give a date for its decision at that sitting.
