Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation Batt O’Keeffe has appointed former regulator Isolde Goggin to the Competition Authority.
Ms Goggin, who is previously a member of the Competition Authority and a former member of the Commission for Communications Regulation, will take up the role for six months.
Ms Goggin worked in the Directorate for the Information Society in the European Commission.
