Freed paratrooper Lee Clegg has lodged a fresh appeal against his life sentence for murder with the Northern Ireland Secretary, Sir Patrick Mayhew. Clegg (27), a PT instructor, was released from jail a year ago after the shooting of teenage Belfast "joyrider" Ms Karen Reilly.
