The Ambassador of the Azerbaijan Republic, Mr Mahmud Mamed Kuliyev, presented his letter of credence to the president at Aras an Uachtarain yesterday. The new ambassador was escorted to and from the aras by an escort of honour, consisting of a motorcycle detachment drawn from the Second Cavalry Squadron, Cathal Brugha Barracks.
