NAPLES - Admiral Leighton Smith handed over command of the Nato led peace force in Bosnia to Admiral Joseph Lopez at the alliance's southern headquarters in Naples. His successor, a fellow Vietnam War veteran, was "in for one hell of a ride", said Admiral Smith.
