ABERDEEN - Cindy Irish and Adrian Philpott yesterday logged on for life in the first known transatlantic marriage brought about through the worldwide computer network. They exchanged vows at a ceremony in Aberdeen just three days after meeting each other for the first time.
The couple later advised caution to others tempted to follow their cyberspace route to the altar. "Don't think that because it happened to us, it is necessarily right for everyone, said Cindy.
