At least four foreign service members of the Nato-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) for Afghanistan were killed today when their helicopter was brought down by insurgent fire, the alliance said.
It said in a statement that the incident happened in southern Helmand province. In keeping with operating procedure, the names and nationalities of the casualties will only be released by their home countries.
