Mr Krish Naidoo, former holder of the Miss Ireland franchise, is to repay Ulster Bank £12,500 outstanding on an overdraft facility taken out when he was owner of the Ambassador Hotel, Naas, Co Kildare.
Ms Eileen McAuley, counsel for Mr Naidoo, a company director of Ravello, Vico Road, Dalkey, Co Dublin, said it had been agreed judgment would issue only in default of any payment.
