TOKYO - North Korea -announced yesterday the appointment of an acting premier to replace Mr Kang Song San, one of the most powerful figures in the country's power structure. A report on Pyongyang Radio, monitored by Tokyo-based Radiopress, said the Vice-Premier, Mr Hong Song Nam, had become acting premier.
