HASTINGS - Detectives hunting the killer of 13-year-old schoolgirl Billie-Jo Jenkins, last night released her foster father, Mr Sion Jenkins, on police bail.
Mr Jenkins, who is in his 30s, was arrested early on Monday morning and held for questioning in Hastings, East Sussex. He has been bailed to return to the police station in five weeks.
