A Co Tyrone woman who witnessed her sister in law's murder by loyalists has been awarded £7,500 damages by the Northern Ireland Compensation Agency. Ms Brigid Mallon (63), was in her home at Cullenrammer Road, Dungannon, on May 5th, 1994, when the gunmen fired through a window of her bungalow, killing Ms Rosanne Mallon. The claim for nervous shock was settled at the Cookstown County Court yesterday.
