An Irishman who has served 21 years in an English jail for a murder he claims he did not commit could have his case reopened following the disclosure of new evidence. Frank Johnson, a native of Clonmel, Co Tipperary, has been visited in Swaleside Prison in Kent by the Criminal Cases Review Commission following the discovery of a statement made by the murder victim before he died.
