A judge yesterday dismissed the jury in a murder trial in Craigavon, Co Armagh. The accused, Mr Hugh Alexander Lindsay (54), Corcrain Drive, Portadown, had pleaded not guilty to murdering Eileen Moore between April 25th and May 4th last year.
