Murder trial judgment deferred

Judgment has been reserved at Belfast Crown Court in the case of Mr Declan McComish (28), from Regina Park, and Mr Kevin Patrick Donegan (39), of Bayview, both Jonesboro, Co Armagh, who deny the murder of a Newry postal worker, Mr Frank Kerr, nearly two years ago during a £131,000 robbery from Newry Post Office sorting depot, claimed by the IRA.
