A judge was told yesterday that the Book of Evidence should be ready in about two months in a case involving a 16 year old boy accused of murder. The case relates to the killing of Ms Ann Marie Duffin on, April 15th at Cnrragraigue, Blennerville, Tralee, Co Kerry.

The youth was further remanded in custody by Tralee District Court until November 13th. His solicitor, Mr Michael Kelly, consented on behalf of the accused youth to the remand application.
