Murder case adjourned

The book of evidence is to be served this weekend on the 28 year old son of Co Laois murder victim, Mrs Patti Bainbridge.

The book of evidence is to be served this weekend on the 28 year old son of Co Laois murder victim, Mrs Patti Bainbridge.

Nigel Bainbridge, from the Old Rectory, Coolrain, Mountrath, Co Laois, is on remand in custody charged with her murder.

He was remanded to Portlaoise District Court yesterday but failed to appear before Judge Mary Martin. Judge Martin adjourned the case to Rathdowney District Court next Friday.
