A woman accused of murdering her husband in Co Wicklow has been allowed to move address while on bail awaiting trial, a court heard yesterday.

Mrs Catherine Nevin (46) is accused of murdering her husband, Mr Thomas Nevin, on March 19th, 1996, at Jack White's Inn in Ballypark, Arklow, and with soliciting three men to murder her husband.

A High Court order was shown to Judge J.P. McDonnell at Dublin District Court that varied bail conditions allowing Ms Nevin to reside in Rialto, Dublin.
