A man charged with the murders of two young men late last year appeared at Kilmainham Court yesterday.
Mr Mark Desmond (25), formerly of Lally Road, Ballyfermot and now of no fixed address, is charged with the murders of Patrick Murray and Darren Carey, whose bodies were found in a canal near Celbridge, Co Kildare. They had been shot in the head.
Judge Crowley remanded Mr Desmond in custody to Kilmainham Court on July 19th.
