Munich Re today said it has acquired software company Allfinanz with for €48 million in cash.
Allfinanz, which is headquartered in Dublin, had entered into a global marketing and co-operation agreement with the German reinsurer earlier this year.
Allfinanz is to retain its brand and will be run as a separate company within the Munich group.
