The vote by the 32 members of Clare Co Council, due to be held next Monday on the revised planning application for development at the Mullaghmore site in the Burren National Park, Co Clare, has been deferred until November 10th. This follows Clare County Council's failure to notify objectors to the revised planning application, lodged by the OPW on behalf of the Department of Arts, Culture, the Gaeltacht and the Islands last October, that the proposed development materially contravenes the county development plan.
