Mullagh plant on fire

A large fire was blazing early today at the Wellman International factory in Mullagh, Co. Meath. Four units of the fire brigade from counties Cavan and Meath were fighting the fire at the factory where the company makes synthetic fibres for the textile industry. The fire broke out shortly before midnight. Early this morning there was no indication of any casualities.
