Motorcyclist dies in Waterford collision

A motorcyclist has died after his motorcycle collided with a Jeep on the N25 on the Waterford-to-New Ross road.

A motorcyclist has died after his motorcycle collided with a Jeep on the N25 on the Waterford-to-New Ross road.

The collision occured shortly before 8am at Lisnakill Cross.

The dead man, a 32-year-old non-Irish national, was removed to Waterford Regional Hospital, Ardkeen.

The road is closed off at the scene, and motorists are advised to avoid using this route if possible.
